Skills and Labour Shortage Solutions
It is widely known that Australia is facing a skills and labour shortage, and the tourism industry, being reliant on a high volume of skilled employees, is being impaired by this shortage. The rhetoric on this issue has been discussed time and time again, but how can we adapt to the problem? A Victoria Tourism Industry Council (VTIC) Forum on Skills and Labour Shortage Solutions, is being held Wednesday 5 December from 4.00pm - 6.00pm at BMW Edge, Federation Square.
Join esteemed panellists from Jetstar, Restaurant & Catering Australia and VECCI for an open discussion on the strategies they have employed to face a candidate short market, useful schemes and initiatives for businesses of all sizes, and answer your skills and labour-based questions. Go to www.vtic.com.au for more information or click here for registration details.
